Sesha Srinivasachari, MBA, is Vice President, Program Lead at Kyverna Therapeutics. Sesha is a seasoned biotech executive with over 25 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in the areas of Process and Technology Transfer, Manufacturing, Biologics & Combination Products, CMC Leadership, CMO Management, Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance & Control.  

Prior to his current role, Sesha was responsible for Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Kyverna.  

Before joining Kyverna, Sesha was the Vice President of Operations at CS Bio and a Technical Product Leader at Dermira, Inc. Prior to Dermira, Sesha held multiple positions at Intarcia Therapeutics and spent 15 years at Genentech/Roche in multiple positions with increasing responsibilities. Prior to joining Genentech/Roche, Sesha worked as a management consultant as part of the West Coast Life Sciences Practice at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young LLC. 

Sesha holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, India and an MBA from the Haas School of Business. He also completed the Genentech Quality Certification Program while at Genentech/Roche.
