Penny Wong is Head of Human Resources at Kyverna Therapeutics. She is a seasoned human resources leader well-versed in developing and driving impactful people strategies, solutions, and processes in support of the organization’s mission and goals. Prior to joining Kyverna, Penny served as Vice President, Human Resources for McCarthy where she led human resources strategies, employee engagement programs, and talent development. She has also held human resources leadership positions for various industries, including Maxim Integrated Products, Pacific Pulmonary Services, and Lawrence National Berkeley Laboratory. Penny holds an MA in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management from the University of San Francisco and a BA in both Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
