Greg Martini is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kyverna Therapeutics, and is responsible for overseeing Finance, Investor Relations (IR), Legal, IT, and Facilities. Greg is a veteran biopharma leader with deep expertise across both financial strategy and execution, including broad experience in capital strategy, investor engagement, and commercial-stage growth.

Greg joins Kyverna from Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, a biotech company commercializing therapies for patients with gastrointestinal and rare diseases, which he joined in 2017, and where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and CFO. There, he led IR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Procurement. Previously, at Ironwood, he held the position of Vice President of Strategic Finance and IR and also served in roles of increasing responsibility across Finance, including Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasury. Earlier in his career, Greg held finance and corporate development roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Ernst & Young, and Raytheon Technologies.

Greg holds a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from Bentley University.
